Starting Tuesday, March 24, we are temporarily limiting our banking hours to 8 AM - 5 PM. Limiting face-to-face contact is a key component to slow the spread of COVID-19. This schedule will allow us to mobilize more Signature Bankers to work from home in accordance with recommendations made by our Governor and President.
As of Monday, March 16, building access is limited to Signature Bank employees. Our drive thrus will be open and properly staffed to care for customer needs. We appreciate your patience.
If you would like to make an appointment with a loan or mortgage officer, please call 877-888-8550. We will work with you on an arrangement in good keeping with social distancing recommendations.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate additional measures to support our customers and communities as needs arise.
Consumer Alert: Price Gouging is Illegal!
The Arkansas Legislature passed Act 376 in 1997 prohibits businesses from price gouging during a state of emergency. The law prohibits businesses from charging more than 10 percent above the pre-disaster price of goods or services. The scope of the law is broad and is intended to cover anything that may be needed in the event of a state of emergency. Examples of items and services covered by the law include: food, fuel, water, flashlights, batteries, blankets, medicine, bandages and construction materials.
If you find examples of price gouging, you may report them to the Arkansas Attorney General's Office. The Attorney General can seek injunctive relief, restitution to consumers, costs, attorneys’ fees and civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation. Criminal sanctions may also apply to violators.

Business Customer? Deposit Checks From Your Desk
Too many checks to upload through Mobile Deposit? Ask us about installing a complimentary Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) machine at your place of business. RDC can be a useful tool to save time and money by eliminating a trip to the bank from your daily to-do list.
